Have used their service for 2years now and I am satisfied with it. Prenu was able to arrange a new nanny when i shifted my location without any delay. Both the nannies have taken good care of my child, have not taken any advance amount or never brought in their personal problems to work. Did not face issues with excess leaves as well. It is good to get the details and expectations clarified with the nanny during the interview process.
Overall good service and have recommended to others but my friend did not find a good nanny, but I believe it could also depend on the location.

I found Prenu while searching online for Nanny services in Bangalore. The starting process of sharing request, nanny profiles and agreent went smoothly.
Even when we had issues with the 1st nanny (difference in opinions with nanny, nothing due to Prenu), they provided the new profiles and changed the nanny urgently.
The nanny herself has been great withthe baby. She is caring, nurturing and supportive of our idiosyncaries as new parents. She supports sometimes with other work as well and has been a calming influence in the house. Manjula has provided us with best possible service and made the 4months here bearable even without other support system
Overall great nanny and quick service.

Prenu agency was recommended to me by a friend. I hired their nanny services. We found a wonderful nanny who was professional, caring and took care of the child very well. She was super prompt, regular and got along very well with the child. My interaction with the agency folks was very minimal but they were supportive whenever I had questions. I ended up referring few people and they are happy as well.

Prenu agency came as a referral to us. Clarity on pricing and nanny leave policy can be improved but otherwise they assisted very well in shortlisting nanny, giving replacement etc. End user has to use good judgment to finalize nanny as we got a mix of experienced and ok-ok nannys - Lakshmi & Tayamma were great nannies but a couple of others were average.
Overall a good experience and recommended for nanny services.

Finding a nanny was a task even with agency. The expectation of nanny salary does not match with what has been told by agency . Nannies come for interview and demand for higher salary . Atleast I had this issue . Finally I agreed for higher salary with one nanny and she did not come , she did not pick any calls nor gave any reason for not coming . Finally found one good nanny . Who knew how to take care of my 6 month old . Only issue was she took 2-4 leaves more every month . There is big gap between customer expectations and agency and nanny expectations. Really need to be patient to find a nanny

Great service by Manjula and team. Using their services for more than a year and very happy with their service. They have provided us multiple replacement on time. Sometimes nanny’s salary gets delayed by couple of days but apart from that overall a very good experience.

I hired a nanny for three months in Bangalore and I am thoroughly satisfied with the help. The nanny was very knowledgeable, experienced and patient. Thanks for the wonderful service. I would recommend Prenu to anyone. The communication from the support team was prompt as well.
